The correct temperature for serving wine and champagne is essential if the quality and characteristics of both bouquet and taste are to be fully appreciated.
- ideally white wines and rosé wines must be served between 6° and 8°
- wines with complex structure around 8°-10°
- sparkling wines and champagnes around 6°
- young red and light wines will taste better if served around 12°
With the “EXPRESS-ICE” you can quickly refresh all bottles of wines and sparkling wines and keep them at the right temperature throughout.
Can also be used for warming cold aged red wine bottles to the right service temperature (ideally 18/20°); just put it in the microwaves for 60 – 90 seconds at 750w (obviously you have to defrost it first, if necessary).
