Fill the vacuum multi dish with food, but do not overfill. Check that the edge, the grey ring round the lid and the grey stopper are clean. The first time, squeeze the stopper at the 'press' marks. |

Press the pomp firmly to remove the air from the dish, when the vacuum is sufficient, the grey ring will be barel visible. |

To release the vacuum Multi Dish, squeeze the stopper at the 'press' marks and the lid can now be removed. |
